Thus, you will have more time for your websites or apps.

Weekly Backups

When you own a high–traffic website or a data–loaded web application, it’s mandatory to keep a complete backup copy of everything. Still, configuring an automatic backup system is difficult. That’s why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services package – we will keep a complete backup copy of your VPS hosting plan, not only of your websites and hosted content, but of all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each and every week, preserving all the configurations that you have made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Hosting Plan, you have full freedom to install any script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration on your part. That’s where our Optional Admin Services solution will help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting operations – in other words you can basically employ one of our knowledgeable server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of app that you desire. Or have him take care of a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an add–on with the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
