When it comes to holiday cocktails there are no rules. Well, maybe one—make enough for two people. Grand Residences/Mount Cinnamon/Cayo Espanto

What’s the first rule of cocktails? Enjoy them whenever you feel like it. Even if it’s the middle of summer and you find yourself in the mood for a frosty coquito, as long as you have the ingredients, you have a green light. After all, there’s no law that says peppermint is limited to December, so follow the advice of Donna Meagle and treat yo’ self.

We had so many wonderful, delicious holiday cocktails to choose from this year, but we certainly didn’t have enough time to make them all. So, we’re sharing even more signature resort seasonal cocktail recipes with you as well, because we might not even make it to our favorite spots by next Christmas anyway, so why not indulge at home?
