How to Make Divi and Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives’ Aruba Ariba

This cocktail is a Caribbean staple, and now the recipe is yours thanks to the mixologists at these beloved resorts.
Aruba Ariba
When a drink is named for its home island, it better be delicious, and an Aruba Ariba is as good as a tropical cocktail gets. Divi Aruba

If there’s one thing we have learned from our friends at the Divi and Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives, it’s that they take the quality of their food very seriously. Whether bringing in the best chefs in the Netherlands for a weekend of mind-blowing meals or simply sourcing the best local fruits, vegetables and seafood for daily cuisine, the staff at this family of resorts is committed to providing a culinary experience that is among the best on One Happy Island.

That goes for the drinks, too. After all, when you’re enjoying the sun and a light breeze on Divi Beach or relaxing by one of the freshwater pools, the last thing you want is a cocktail that’s too sweet or sour. And you’ll rarely have that problem when your drink of choice is the resorts’ popular Aruba Ariba.

As it turns out, this cocktail is also pretty easy to make even when you’re back home, dreaming of another night of dancing poolside while the house band plays and that breeze never subsides. The only catch? You probably don’t have any coecoei at home, but that’s okay—Divi and Tamarijn Aruba insist you’ll be fine without it.
