Ah, it’s hard to beat the Caribbean Sea: warm, inviting and crystal-clear. While you can’t always be swimming in, sailing upon, or gazing at this gorgeous body of water, you can always bring the sea to your kitchen thanks to this fruity rum cocktail. Good to know: a dash of Blue Curaçao and a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg will transform most any cocktail into a Caribbean concoction.
Caribbean Sea Rum Cocktail
- 1 oz. rum
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- Dash of Blue Curaçao
- Sprinkle of fresh nutmeg
Add the first four ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake well and strain into a glass. Add a dash of Blue Curaçao and grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
