When we talk about Saint Lucia, there is usually a huge emphasis on romance, because this is arguably the most romantic destination in the Caribbean. It’s the kind of place that when you simply view a photo of those legendary pitons, you will wish you could be magically transported to a resort like Windjammer Landing, which is set, almost unbelievably, on an incredible hillside overlooking Labrelotte Bay. There is no bad view here.

Ingredients:
- 4 oz tequila
- 2 oz triple sec
- 2 oz lime juice
- 4 scoops of ice
- Sugar, to taste (optional)
How to Make It:
- In blender, mix until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass.
- Top with beers and share with a friend!
