Having completed a slew of renovations in summer 2013, Turtle Bay on the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii, now flaunts new top-floor rooms with private lanais and peekaboo windows facing the ocean from deep soaking tubs. A glass-walled chapel holds 70, while nine alfresco venues all adjoin reception lawns. Here, banquet halls are replaced with outdoor ballrooms composed of a white tent, lanterns and a dance floor.
